Shipping &Cancellation Policy

  • At Danshe's Farm, we combine efficient shipping services to enhance the shopping experience for all our customers. We are committed to ensuring that the products you purchase are in the best condition and delivered in an organized and timely manner. That is why all our orders go through a thorough inspection of the products, top quality packaging, insurance for the packages, fast & on-time delivery, and timely communication at each stage of the shipping process.

  • At Danshe's Farm, Each order received is processed within 1-3 business days and you will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped and delivered. We are partners with the topmost courier and logistics service providers in the country and want to ensure that you receive your order on-time and safely. From the time the order is placed, you can expect the order to be at your door within 5-8 business days

for International Order we do exports to all countries ,On receipt of Payment shipment is exported within 7-8 business days.

  • Cancellation of Perishable Items are allowed until product is shipped. Once Shipped no cancellations will be entertained.It is Humble Request to COD customers not to reject Orders on Arrival as Mangoes being natural fruit tend to Rot while returning to origin

  • For mangoes -If Package gets undelivered in first shipment then we try to deliver it with another shipment from same or other courier. When second attempt gets failed we refund the entire amount to customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The product which we sell are not exchangeable or returnable if they are delivered in Securely and in Intact condition. We provide Replacement or Refund , If product is delivered in damaged condition or Product is missing from box ,Claim should Be filed within 2 days with Images and Videos.

  • For Mangoes if  found Rotten/Complete Spongy from inside will compensate in form of coupon/Replacement  if and only if rotten mangoes count is more than 50% of total order volume .For claim ,Buyer should send photos and videos on mail at rhdhanshe@dhanshefarm.com or can WhatsApp on customer care number 7666296905.Photos and videos should be sent within seven  days of package delivered date.

  • Evidence Should contain shipping box having shipping label affix and Damaged content received.

  • All Refunds are credited to customer source account witin 5-7 business days

  • For Mangoes if customer faces size/weight issue then customer should send short video of 7-8 mangoes by weighing one by one on Digital weight scale.If found eligible then difference amount in sizes will be credited to customer.​​

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments through PayPal and Razorpay highly secured and most commonly preferred.
